As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 108, \"Lamps, Reflective Devices, and Associated Equipment.\"","consequence":"Without the correct lights, it may be difficult for other road users to see the vehicle from the rear or side, increasing the risk of a crash.","remedy":"Dealers will inspect and replace the rear combination light assemblies as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed April 13, 2026. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331.
